The Terrace and Outdoor Gardens is an upscale Times Square restaurant, just steps from Broadway and in the heart of the Theater District. Our lush garden oasis blends the calm feeling of escape with the unmistakable energy of New York, nine floors above the city.
Our menus are led by Michelin-acclaimed Chef John Fraser, combining contemporary techniques with bold flavors and fresh ingredients. American brasserie favorites like steak and tartare share the menu with bold vegetable-forward dishes that reflect Chef Fraser’s signature style. His culinary philosophy is reflected throughout the menu, where seasonal dishes featuring locally sourced produce take center stage, with vegetables leading the way.
Our beverage program is led by Award-Winning Beverage Director and Advanced Sommelier Amy Racine, her wine list and cocktail program run alongside a full selection of local beers, ciders, and spirit-free options.
Who is Chef John Fraser?
John Fraser is an American chef and restaurateur known for his vegetable-forward approach to modern American cuisine. Originally from Los Angeles, Fraser draws inspiration from Mediterranean flavors and the produce-driven cooking style of California, which helped shape his philosophy in the kitchen.
In 2007, Fraser founded JF Restaurants, a New York City–based hospitality group focused on creating thoughtful, full-service dining experiences. The group now operates more than 15 restaurant concepts across the United States, including locations in New York City, Boston, Tampa, Orlando, and Long Island. His restaurants have earned wide recognition, including multiple Michelin stars and top ratings from The New York Times across the group's New York concepts.
